I only know of places in the USA to get them, but maybe you can do a search in your area for the small Berenguer babies. They are great starter dolls for learning the process. I will give a link to them in the USA so you can see what I am talking about......

These are about the lowest priced ones I know of here. You can do a search for just about any vinyl baby doll and work on it. The quality of the vinyl can change from doll to doll (making the techniques a bit different for each depending on supplies used and how the vinyl absorbs the supplies) but the basic techniques will be the same.
Do you have re-sale (second hand, or Goodwill) shops in your area? I have found some great baby dolls for as low as $1 at our local resale shops! That is what my friend started out using when she was learning how to reborn. I always kept an eye out for them and bought them for her when I ran across one. You can also check on ebay. Second hand dolls can be used as long as you clean them real well before starting.</description>
